Our olive oil is obtained exclusively from the family olive grove.
Our state is in Humilladero’s region, Málaga. It has a very stable and mild climate throughout the year.
FIRST DAYS OF HARVEST
The olives are collected when green or ripening. That is the time when both physical and chemical properties are in their optimum condition.
We are also careful that the olives are not damaged, and the oil is extracted in a cold environment on the day of collection, for a fresh, healthy fruity oil.
Dense oil, of a pale green color, with a balanced and complex profile, a green olive fruitiness with ripe notes, identifiable through both smell and taste. Smooth bitterness and mid spicy. The taste brings to mind green apples, dried fruits and spices.
Specially suitable for: Salads, vegetables, fish, meats, cheeses, yoghurt, fruits and chocolate.
We rigorously track the entire production process of the oil as to control all desired aspects to ensure a high quality extra virgin olive oil.
